Rick Pullan

Rick Pullan – Managing Director

Graduating from Sheffield University, Rick trained in commerce at Mars, Beecham (now Glaxo SmithKline), culminating in UK Head of Marketing and Far East MD for Alberto VO5 (now Unilever), before progressing from the client side to the ‘supplier’ agency side as Client Services Head for top btl agency KLP (now Havas Media).Established TBDA in 1994 to apply stats and science to the art of targeted marketing. Relaunched TBDA in 2014 to focus on offering ‘profit detectives investigating data’ asset management consultancy expertise.

Author of ‘SmarterMarketing Formula for CEOs; and aspiring ones!’ Both B2B and B2C books available through Amazon.

Richard Organ

Richard Organ – Chief Data Detective Genius

Richard’s passion for investigating data and harnessing customer knowledge to build robust crm programmes and discover extra profit opportunities is a priceless resource for our clients.Richard has an innate talent for taking in the wider business and marketing picture and troubleshooting at the early stages of a project. With a stats degree from York University and an impressive CV firstly selling plastics before helping innovate Acorn Lifestyles at CACI, he jointly established TBDA with Rick Pullan in 1994.

Sally Clarke

Sally Clarke – Business Development Manager

With over 18 years in business development and seven years with TBDA Sally and her specialist team are responsible for identifying & engaging or attracting those organisations we believe might benefit from our time honoured & proven business development marketing techniques, tools and systems. We are vendor neutral, we do not sell software. It’s more about enabling clients to make better use of what they’re already investing in to maximise the revenue from each of their customers. When she is not glued to the telephone or surfing the net, she can be found walking her dogs, ideally in North Cornwall.

Pete Ormiston

Pete Ormiston – Head of IT Operations

Pete is our world class data cruncher. From SQL to Oracle and most in between Pete’s seen it, done it and written the query. His celebrated ERP consultancy expertise has led him across the globe working for various international companies such as ICI, Akzo Nobel, Dixie Chemicals (Texas), Pier Foods (Chicago), AECI (South Africa),  Englehardt (Germany), Ben Thanh Brewery (Vietnam). Pete is a Black belt 1st dan in martial arts.

Kevin provides colour and glamour. From modelling for FHM and GQ, to selling prestige car hire for Bristol & London to marketing Talk Paper to paper merchants, he now applies passionate and dedicated project management expertise to the database marketing programmes we run for key clients.
